The pouring device comprises a pouring mechanism, a vacuum pump, a conveying rail support seat, a surface cleaning device, closing plates, apressure transducer, a connecting pipeline and conveying rails, wherein the conveying rail support seat and the pouring mechanism are welded together and form an integrated molding structure; the bottoms of the conveying rails are fixedly welded at the two sides of the top end of the conveying rail support seat, and the conveying rails and the conveying rail support seat form an integrated molding structure; the vacuum pump is fixed at the bottom of the front end side wall of the pouring mechanism and is fastened by means of screws; one end of the connecting pipeline is fixedly connected withthe upper end of the vacuum pump, and the other end of the connecting pipeline is welded with the top end of the pouring mechanism; the closing plates are respectively hinged at the two ends of the pouring mechanism; the surf
