Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the processing field of organic silicon byproducts and particularly relates to an environment-friendly processing method for organic silicon waste residue. The method comprises the following steps: dehydrating waste residue which is subjected to copper extraction, wherein the water content of the dehydrated waste residue is less than or equal to 40%, and the solid-liquid ratio of the waste liquid to an alkaline solution is (1:3)-6; adding the alkaline solution to adjust the temperature and alkalinity in a tank so that the temperature in an alkaline solution soaking tank reaches 25-45 DEG C and the pH value reaches 8-12; after the reaction is finished and the temperature in the alkaline solution soaking tank does not increase, shutting down a stirring device; standing, carrying out dehydration, and after the dehydration is finished, conveying the solution in an alkaline solution collection tank to the alkaline solution soaking tank for circular use; and pouringthe dehydrated waste resi
