The calcium silicate board containing nanometer barium phosphate modified sericite powder is composed of, by mass, 10.00 to 25.00 parts of cement, 5.00 to 20.00 parts of sericite powder, 15.00 to 30.00 parts of quartz sand, 2.00 to 5.00 parts of wood fiber, 3.00 to 6.00 parts of rock wool fiber, 0.50 to 2.00 parts of barium nitrate, 0.02 to 0.10 part of Hexadecyltrimethylammonium chloride, 0.40 to 1.50 parts of sodium phosphate, 0.20 to 3.00 partsof silane coupling agent, and 12.00 to 35.00 parts of deionized water. According to the preparation method, nanometer barium phosphate is adopted for modification of sericite powder, so that the gas insulation effect and water-resisting effect of the calcium silicate board are improved greatly, the thermal insulation performance of the calcium silicate board is improved, silicon element in sericite powder is adopted for c
