description The invention relates to a painless drug administration patch for the skin. The patch comprises microneedle arrays, a substrate, conductive gel and a power source; the microneedle arrays are arrayed on the substrate in order and fixed, the substrate with the microneedle arrays is attached to the skin of a patient, the substrate and the adjacent skin are coated with two layers of conductive gel respectively at the same time, and the power source is connected to the two layers of conductive gel through wires, so that current or an electric field is evenly distributed on the substrate. Compared with drug administration through introduction of a single microneedle array patch or electroosmotic ions or ultrasonic waves, the patch organically combines the advantages of the three techniques, ionic drugs and drugs with poor dissociation can all be introduced, and the percutaneous conveying efficiency of the drugs is efficiently improved. The patch has the function of painless, local and efficient drug administration.
