The extraction method comprises the following steps of a, crushing the PBT or PET product into particles; b, weighing a preset amount of the crushed PBT or PET particle sample, putting the crushed PBT or PET particle sample in a headspace jaw bottle, adding 98 percent concentrated sulfuric acid and a 2,5-di-tert-butyl hydroquinone solution with the mass percent concentration being 10 percent, and performing ultrasonic dissolution under a 35-45 DEG C water bath to obtain a first sample to be treated; and c, mixing water, acetonitrile, cyclohexane and an SCX filler, rapidly adding a mixture in the first sample to be treated, performing vortex mixing, and centrifugally extracting an upper layer organic phase.
