Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a rapid microbial DNA genome sequencing comparison detection and identification method, comprising the following steps: performing on-site DNA extraction at a microbial samplecollection site; performing quality inspection on DNA of a microbial sample; performing extremely long fragment sequencing on qualified DNA through a genetic sequencer; comparing sequenced genomic data; outputting a comparison result through a computer computing system; and reporting and summarizing the comparison report from the computer computing system. The method has the beneficial effects ofacquiring the accurate, rapid and timely bacterium identification results based on the whole genome of microorganisms, and can be widely applied to the rapid identification of bacteria in agricultureand hospitals.
