Polypeptide is introduced into a nano-quantum dot with high water solubility, specifically for example, glutathione is introduced into a graphene quantum dot, and the polypeptide modified graphene quantum dot with high water solubility and high selectivity for lysine is obtained; synthesis conditions are mild, the method is simple, the yield is high, the compound has good effect when applied to lysine detection, the compound GSG has high selectivity for lysine, is not affected by other conventional coexisting biomolecules such as alanine, glycine, arginine, methionine, glucose and valine, and has high selectivity. A fluorescence spectrophotometer is convenient to operate, and fluorescence signals of a sample are obvious.
