Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation process of a high-corrosion-resistance grid for a lead-carbon battery. The preparation process comprises the following steps: preparation of a grid blank: takingthe following alloy materials: 0.01-0.03% of aluminum, 0.01-2% of tin, 0.05-0.15% of calcium and the balance of lead; soaking the prepared grid blank in a solution containing conductive polymer monomers, taking out the grid blank 0.5-5 minutes later and drying for 1-10 minutes, then cooling for 1-15 minutes, then soaking the grid blank in an oxidizing solution, taking out the grid blank 0.5-5 minutes later and then drying for 1-10 minutes, and then cooling for 3-15 minutes; and repeating the step of soaking the grid blank in the solution containing the conductive polymer monomers and the stepof soaking the grid blank in the oxidizing solution for 5-30 times, and then cleaning and drying the grid.
