The method comprises the following steps of: firstly, determining the actual pollutant concentrationand the environmental capacity of a current road; determining whether social vehicles need to be converted to the buses or not on the current road according to the size relationship of the actual pollutant concentration and the environmental capacity; and if yes, calculating to obtain the conversion coefficient. 本发明的种私家车转换公交的控排匹配方法，首先确定当前道路的实际污染物浓度和环境容量，然后根据两者的大小关系确定是否需要对当前道路进行公交转换社会车辆，若需要，计算获取转换系数。
