The chemical structure is ZnO@CQDs, wherein ZnO is nano-zinc oxide, and CQDs are carbon quantum dots; firstly, glucose and polyethylene glycol 200 are used as raw materials, through a one-step hydrothermal method, the CQDs with good dispersibility is prepared, and then the nano-zinc oxide and the prepared CQDs solution are subjected to the hydrothermal method to obtain the ZnO@CQDs composite material.
