Extraction method of energy insect grease

The invention relates to an extraction method of energy insect grease. The method includes the steps: mixing insect slurry prepared from energy insects and fat extracts formed by saturated normal saltsolution and sulfuric acid, and stirring mixture at low temperature to obtain insect oil-extract-insect slag mixture; performing material-liquid separation on the insect oil-extract-insect slag mixture to obtain liquid-phase extract-grease mixed liquid; washing and separating the liquid-phase extract-grease mixed liquid to obtain the insect grease. The extraction method has the advantages that grease is extracted from live insects by the aid of a simple process at the temperature lower than 60 DEG C, low-temperature heating is performed in the extraction process, any organic solvents are omitted, energy consumption is reduced, effective component oxidation can be prevented, the quality of the grease is ensured, bioprotein activity is furthest protected, and an integrated process is green,harmless and economical.
