Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an anionic waterborne polyurethane terrace coating resin, which has excellent comprehensive performances and is environment-friendly, and a preparation method, and an application of the waterborne polyurethane resin in preparation of a polyurethane elastomer. The polyurethane resin is prepared from: polytetrahydrofuran glycol (PTMG), dihydroxymethyl butyric acid (DMBA), trimethylolpropane (TMP), neopentyl glycol (NPG), triethylamine, dicyclohexyl methane diisocyanate (HMDI), a defoamer, ethyl acetate, dibutyltin dilaurate and deionized water. The polyurethane resin is applied to indoor/outdoor terrace waterborne paint, transparent finishing coat of waterborne paint, and high-grade indoor wall coatings, etc. 本发明提供了种综合性能优异的、环保型的阴离子水性聚氨酯地坪涂料树脂及制备方法和该水性聚氨酯树脂在制备聚氨酯弹性体中的用途。本发明的聚氨酯树脂由包含以下成分的原料制备的：聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG)、二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)、新戊二醇(NPG)、三乙胺、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)、消泡剂、乙酸乙酯、二月桂酸二丁基锡和去离子水，其可以应用于室内外地坪水性漆、水性漆的透明罩面以及高档室内墙壁涂料等。
