Method and application of fattening technique for producing snow beef of Yunling cattle

The invention discloses a method and application of a fattening technique for producing snow beef of Yunling cattle. The method includes the steps of selecting healthy Yunling cattle, wherein 6-month-old weaning bullocks which are castrated before three months old and are 170+/-20 kg in weight or cows which are 170+/-20 kg in weight are selected; making preparation before fattening, wherein the cattle are isolated for observation and subjected to stomach invigoration, parasite expelling, numbering, grouping and the like; conducting fattening. The fattening procedure comprises the following steps that 1, a period when the cattle are 7-13 months old is the first stage at which bones and muscles grow fast for fattening; 2, a period when the cattle are 14-18 months old is a stereoscopic growthsecond stage at which eye muscle areas grow fast; 3, a period when the cattle are 19-24 months old is a third stage of fattening, and supply of fodder with high energy is required; 4, a period from the moment when the cattle
