Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a fabrication method of an ultrathin insulation structure of a 10kV compact high-voltage motor. A sintered copper flat wire is wrapped by a single-fiberglass-clad film or a copper flat wire is wrapped by mica wrapped by a film to wind a coil; 0.11*25 mm glass cloth reinforced dry mica tapes and polyester film reinforced dry mica tapes are crossed and half-wrapped for 8 layers in an alternate manner to form linear portions of the coil; and anti-corona processing is performed on the linear portions and end portions of the coil, and a stator with a winding is formed, and the ultrathin insulation structure is obtained. According to the method, the linear portions and the end portions of the coil are wrapped by the 0.11*25 mm thin type epoxy polyester film reinforced drymica tapes and the epoxy glass cloth reinforced dry mica tapes in a mixed manner to enable the thickness of main insulation to be reduced to 1.8 mm, processing measures of anti-corona processing, V.P.I. full dipping of the w |
