Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method for centrifugal atomization tin-coated copper composite powder. The method comprises the following steps that (1) coated copper powder is put in a spiralconveyor, copper powder is quantitatively conveyed into a tundish containing molten metal tin through a spiral conveying rod, and the temperature of molten metal tin in the tundish is controlled; (2)copper powder with the surface being coated with molten metal tin flows into a slip nozzle of the tundish immediately, copper powder with the surface being coated with molten metal tin flowing down the slip nozzle reaches a centrifugal atomization rotary plate, copper powder is further coated with the molten metal tin evenly, and tin-coated copper composite powder is obtained through atomization under the action of centrifugal force; and (3) atomized coated powder flies and is cooled in an atomization chamber with inert gas protection, tin-coated copper composite powder is separated from tin powder through a gravity se |
