Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a magnetic pulse seal riveting method of a cast aluminum material shell. The method comprises the steps of: (1) lineation, (2) guide hole drilling, (3) hinge hole drilling, (4)double-angle socket manufacturing, (5) nail feeding, (6) electromagnetic pulse riveting, and (7) inspection after riveting. The magnetic pulse seal riveting method of the cast aluminum material shellis high in reliability; the riveted shell can bear the shaft outer pressure of 0.35 MPa; the pressure is reduced by +-0.05 MPa after maintenance by 0.5 h; and sealing requirements are met. Compared with a traditional pneumatic hammer riveting mode, riveted heads molded by the method are better in consistency; and the riveting efficiency is improved by above 50%. 本发明提供种铸铝材料壳体的磁脉冲密封铆接方法,其包括如下步骤:步骤:划线;步骤二:钻导孔;步骤三:钻铰孔;步骤四:制双角度窝;步骤五:送钉;步骤六:采用电磁脉冲铆接;步骤七:铆接后的检验。本发明提供种高可靠性的针对铸铝材料(例如ZL114)壳体的磁脉冲密封铆接方法,铆接后壳体可承受0.35MPa轴外压,保压0.5小时后,压降±0.05MPa,满足密封要求。相比传统的气动锤铆方式,使用该方法成型后铆成头的致性更好,铆接效率提高50%以上。
