Method for preparing cation exchange membrane

The invention discloses a method for preparing a cation exchange membrane. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a piece of thermoplastic polyurethane non-woven cloth; (2) putting carboxylation multi-wall carbon nanotubes into a solvent, and preparing a dispersion from a mixed solution; (3) performing oscillation and drying operation so as to obtain a c-MWCNTs/TPU (CarboxylationMulti-Wall Carbon Nanotubes/Thermoplastic Polyurethane) composite conductive fiber net; (4) dissolving a cation membrane forming substance into a solvent so as to obtain a cation membrane casting liquid; (5) soaking the c-MWCNTs/TPU composite conductive fiber net into the cation membrane casting liquid, and drying so as to obtain a TPU-cation exchange membrane; (6) soaking the TPU-cation exchangemembrane into a salt solution of a transition metal, taking out, and drying at a room temperature, thereby obtaining a finished product of the cation exchange membrane. By adopting the method, a cation exchange membrane which
