Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for biological hydrogen production by dark fermentation with livestock and poultry dying of illness as the substrate. The method includes the steps of: mincing at least one of the skin, meat and fat of livestock and poultry dying of illness to serve as the substrate, inoculating enteroaerogen, at the same time adding a liquid medium, also regulating the pH value to 6-7, conducting sealing stirring, then putting the mixture in a dark environment at 33-38DEG C, and carrying out anaerobic fermentation for at least four days. The method provided by the invention can solve the problem of difficult treatment of a large number of livestock and poultry dying of illness in culture industry, at the same time is environment-friendly, and can produce clean energy hydrogen, thus having great popularization and application value.
