The environmental-protection aluminum profile machining process comprises the following steps: (S1) machining ofaluminum profile workpieces: the aluminum profile workpieces are machined to basic shapes; (S2) chemical deoiling of aluminum profiles: oil stains on the surfaces of the aluminum profiles are removed; (S3) the aluminum profiles are primarily washed by water to remove chemical reagents on the surfaces of the aluminum profiles; (S4) neutralization of the chemical reagents on the surfaces of the aluminum profiles: the chemical reagents on the surfaces of the aluminum profiles are neutralized; (S5) the aluminum profiles are secondarily washed by the water to remove the neutralized reagents on thesurfaces of the aluminum profiles; (S6) alkali liquid of the aluminum profiles is chemically oxidized; (S7) hard substances of the aluminum profiles are anodically oxidized; (S8) the surfaces of thealuminum profiles are chemi
