Motor rotor wire arranger

The present invention relates to a motor rotor wire arranger. The motor rotor line arranger comprises a rack and a rotating disc arranged on the rack; a plurality of tools are uniformly distributed atthe periphery of the rotating disc, the rack is provided with a rotor feeding mechanical arm, a torsion wire compaction device, a single-shear device configured to shear off excessive rotor windings,a wide shearing device configured to shear off a plurality of winding heads, a wire arranger and a rotor receiving mechanical arm in order in a rotation direction of the rotating disc; and the torsion wire compaction device comprises a compaction module configured to press a motor rotor on a tool and a torsion wire module configured to clamp a rotor winding for screwing. The motor rotor wire arranger employs the torsion wire compaction device to wind the winding while fixing the motor rotor, is more uniform and more compact than manual work; the motor rotor wire arranger employs the single-shearing device and the wide
