The method comprises the following steps: according to a loan agreement signedamong a supplier, a third party and a borrower party, issuing a loan to the supplier; receiving a sale list submitted by the third party and corresponding to the supplier; according to the sale listand the loan agreement, determining loan amount payable of the third party; and according to the loan amount payable and the loan agreement, deducting money from an account of the third party.
