A stop valve is in sealed series connection to the gas outlet pipe and is provided with a valve locationsensor. A pressure transmitter is fixed to the gas outlet pipe in a sealed manner. The automatic flow adjusting valve is provided with an electric controller. The electric controller, the pressure transmitter and the valve location sensor are electrically connected with a controller.
