The invention provides a method and system for measuring equipment of a security computer, and relates to the technical field of measurement equipment. The method includes the steps of adopting a first hash value of external equipment as a user-level code of the computer, and storing the code in a fixed area of a hard disk of the computer, wherein the external equipment is measured when the computer is started for the first time; when the computer is started again, measuring a second hash value of the external equipment again, and sending the second hash value to the hard disk; verifying the second hash value in the hard disk according to the first hash value, and determining whether or not a user is allowed to access the hard disk of the computer according to the verification result.
