The invention provides a wearable communication device including a shoe body structure, a grounding element and an antenna element. The shoe body structure includes a shoe tongue. The grounding element is arranged on the shoe tongue. The antenna element is arranged on the shoe tongue and is adjacent to an edge of the grounding element.
