The intelligent brake shoe comprises a brake shoe main body, a direction sensor, a contact sensor, a distance sensor, a wireless communication module, an electronic label, a charging interface and a processor, wherein the brake shoe main body is provided with a bottom surface which is in contact with rails anda side surface which is in contact with wheels; the contact sensor for detecting whether the intelligent brake shoe is in good contact with the rails is arranged on the bottom surface; the distance sensor for detecting whether the intelligent brake shoe is in good contact with the wheels is arranged on the side surface; the direction sensor for detecting whether the intelligent brake shoe is horizontally arranged is arranged on the brake shoe main body; and after being processed by the processor, a signal detected by the direction sensor, a signal detected by the contact sensor and a signal detected by the distance s
