Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an alloy II for a permanent magnet material and a preparation method thereof. The alloy II comprises the raw material components of, by weight, 15-20% of Ce, 0.02%-0.06% of Bi, 0. 06%-0.12% of P, 0.06%-0.10% of Pt, 0.02%-0.07% of Be, 2-6% of B and the balance Fe. The preparation method comprises the steps of batching, smelting, belt preparation, hydrogen crushing and grinding. A permanent magnet alloy which is prepared by using the alloy II for the permanent magnet material and combining with other alloys has the good thermal stability and good magnetic performance, and the preparation method of the permanent magnet alloy is simple in process, low in production cost and suitable for industrial production. 本发明涉及种用于永磁材料的合金II及其制备方法,合金II原料成分及重量百分含量为:Ce15~20%,Bi 0.02%~0.06%,P0.06%~0.12%,Pt0.06%~0.10%,Be 0.02%~0.07%,B2~6%,余量为Fe,制备方法步骤包括配料、熔炼、制带、氢碎、研磨,使用该用于永磁材料的合金II并结合其他合金制备的永磁合金具有热稳定性好,并具有良好的磁性能,永磁合金的制备方法工艺简单,生产成本低,适于工业化生产。
