The multi-segment deep-cylinder deep-cone composite surface shell part spinning forming method comprises the following steps of (1) preparing a plate, (2) machining the disk blank into a semi-finished product part through cutting and spinning, (3) machining the semi-finished product part into a cylinder part through conventional spinning, (4) carrying out shaping spinning treatment on the cylinder part, and (5) carrying out machining on the end portions of the two ends of the cylinder part, obtained in the step (4), subjected to shaping spinning with a machine tool to finally obtain the qualified cylinder part.
