The pipeline particle-impact damper comprises a pair of semicircular clamping parts connected through a first bolt and a first nut; each semicircular clamping part of the pair of semicircular clamping parts is partitioned into three cavities through two steel plates; the cavities are loaded with particles; the filling rate of the particles influences the vibration reduction effect on a pipeline; the two sides of the cavities of the pair of semicircular clamping parts are sealed through semicircular thin plates correspondingly, wherein the particles vibrate, collide and rub in the cavities of the pair of semicircular clamping parts so that vibration is reduced in a system energy consuming mode; semicircular grooves are formed in the centers of the semicircular clamping parts; and the two semicircular grooves form an arc for clamping the pipeline after the pair of semicircular clamping parts are matched.
