The nine-section circular net drying oven is formed by combining an inlet wool conveying device, a circular net drying oven framework, a nine-section circular net roller, an air sucking device and a transmission device, wherein the first circular net roller rotates anticlockwise through the transmission device, so that wool moves upwards after being adsorbed on the surface of the circular net roller; and when the wool reaches a second circular net roller, the second circular net roller rotates clockwise, so that wool moves downwards after being adsorbed on the surface of the circular net roller. After air sucked by the air sucking device passes through the heating device, hot air is formed to continuously penetrate through wool adsorbed to the working surface of the roller, so that a small circulating system is formed.
