The technology comprises the steps that well points are measured and positioned; a well mouth is dug; a pile casing is installed, and a drilling machine is in place; a hole is drilled; the well casing is lifted and placed; the position between the well casing and the hole wall is backfilled with a gravel filtering layer; well washing is carried out; a water pump is installed in the well casting, and a water pumping control circuit is installed; trial water pumping is carried out; a dewatering well works normally; after dewatering is completed, the well casing is pulled out; and the well is sealed.
