The system comprises bikes, a background server, a mobile terminal, and an electronic pile. The background server is used to store user information and vehicle information. The mobile terminal and the background server are connected with each other by signals to realize data communication. The mobile terminal is provided with a bluetooth module. The electronic pile is internally provided with a bluetooth base station. The bluetooth base station emits bluetooth signals, and covers a signal region. The system overcomes defects that bike returning of conventional public bikes which have piles is difficult in rush hours. The system is low in station construction cost and is easy to manage. Station electronic piles and vehicle bluetooth locks use a bluetooth technology, and the system is ultra-low in power consumption. The system solves problems that no-pile bikes stop and place disorderly
