Novel ionic liquid and method for preparing nano aluminum with same through electrolysis

The invention discloses a novel ionic liquid. The brief formula of the chemical structure of cations of the novel ionic liquid is [(thioether)x*Aly-1X3y-4], the brief formula of the chemical structure of anions of the novel ionic liquid is [AlX4], in the formula, X represents a halogen atom; the ratio of x to y is within (1:1)-(1:1.5); x and y are both positive integer greater than 1; the chemical structural formula of thioether is R-S-R'; in the formula, R and R' both represent organic substituent groups; and one or two of R and R' are aromatic substituent groups. Electrolysis with the novel ionic liquid comprises the following steps: (1) in the presence of a high-purity insert gas, putting the novel ionic liquid into an electrolytic cell, and by taking platinum, glassy carbon or aluminum as an anode, and graphite or copper as a cathode, performing an electrolysis reaction; and (2) after the electrolysis reaction is completed, separating and purifying a product, thereby obtaining nano aluminum.
