Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a creatine kinase isoenzyme magnetic particle chemiluminescence quantitative detection kit and an application method thereof. The kit has several hole sites which are arranged side by side. Reagents contained in part of the hole sites are a CK-MB magnetic particle reagent, a CK-MB labeling reactant, a sample diluent, a calibration material, a magnetic bead cleaning solution and a pre-exciting liquid. The reagents are respectively sealed and stored in corresponding hole sites by a heat-sealing technology. The kit detects by a chemiluminescence instrument. Through low cost and simplification of the chemiluminescence instrument and POCT of the reagents, quantitative detection of creatine kinase isoenzyme is easier. 本发明公开了种肌酸激酶同工酶磁微粒化学发光定量检测试剂盒及其使用方法,该试剂盒具有若干并排设置的孔位,部分所述孔位包含的试剂有CK-MB磁微粒试剂、CK-MB标记反应物、样本稀释液、校准品、磁珠清洗液以及预激发液,各试剂采用热封膜技术分别密封储存于相应孔位内。本发明试剂盒采用化学发光仪器进行检测,化学发光仪器的低成本化、简单化及试剂的POCT化,将使得肌酸激酶同工酶的定量检测变得容易。
