The kit has several hole sites which are arranged side by side. Reagents contained in part of the hole sites are a CK-MB magnetic particle reagent, a CK-MB labeling reactant, a sample diluent, a calibration material, a magnetic bead cleaning solution and a pre-exciting liquid. The reagents are respectively sealed and stored in corresponding hole sites by a heat-sealing technology. The kit detects by a chemiluminescence instrument.
