The invention discloses a material package discharge machine. The material package discharge machine comprises a hopper, a sucking disc, a scraper and a slide path, wherein an opening of the hopper is in the shape of horn which is small in bottom and big in top, a limiting hole is formed in the lower end of the hopper; a dropping direction of the limiting hole is in the shape of downward horn which is small in top and is big in bottom; the sucking disc is of a rotary disc structure; a negative pressure hole which penetrates through the sucking disc is axially formed along the same radius of the sucking disc, so that a sucking hole of the negative pressure hole in the sucking disc is opposite to a discharge hole of the hopper; a negative pressure gas inlet of the negative-pressure hole is connected with a vacuum pump; an inclined scraping plate is arranged on a position, which exceeds the discharge hole of the hopper, of the sucking disc, so that material package sucked by the negative-pressure hole is scraped
