Simple flat steel cold bending device and using method thereof

The invention relates to the field of electric construction, in particular to a simple flat steel cold bending device. The simple flat steel cold bending device is characterized by comprising a substrate, two vertical shafts, two dual-layer disk roll molds and a holding rod; the two vertical shafts are vertically arranged on the substrate; the two dual-layer disk roll molds can be rotationally arranged on the two vertical shafts correspondingly; the holding rod is horizontally connected with any one of the dual-layer disk roll molds; each dual-layer disk roll mold comprises two wafers arranged in parallel, every two wafers are connected through two cushion blocks, and an interval is formed between every two cushion blocks to be used for containing flat steel. The simple flat steel cold bending device is simple in structure and easy to manufacture, on the basis of the lever principle, a method of bundling the cold bending flat steel is adopted, and therefore the purposes of improving the construction efficienc
