The polyurethane foam is prepared from polyurethane through dissolving in an organic solvent and freeze-drying, wherein polyurethane is prepared from oligomer polyol as a soft segment and polyisocyanates as a hard segment and a chain extender with an ontology one-step process, and the oligomer polyol is a mixture of hydrophilic polyol and degradable polyol. The degradable polyurethane foam in an embodiment of the invention is used for preparing hemostatic materials, wound dressing or ear and nose stuffing.
