Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a method for preparing Mytilus edulis oligosaccharides. The method comprises the following steps: dissolving Mytilus edulis polysaccharide powder in distilled water, adding alpha-amylase to carry out enzymolysis on principal chains of Mytilus edulis polysaccharides, adding saccharomycete cells into the enzymolysis solution to remove monosaccharides, disaccharides and trisaccharides, and carrying out activated-charcoal purification to remove undegraded polysaccharides, thereby obtaining the Mytilus edulis oligosaccharides with the polymerization degree of 4 to 8. The method for preparing the Mytilus edulis oligosaccharides, provided by the invention, has the characteristics of high yield, simple process, moderate conditions, easiness in amplification, and the like. Meanwhile, the invention further provides application of the Mytilus edulis oligosaccharides in preparation of blood fat regulating drugs or food.
