Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for determining nitrate content of reconstituted tobacco by adopting a microflow module of an Alliance continuous flow analyzer. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adopting an Integral Futura continuous flow analyzer to change a nitrate module pipeline into the microflow module; (2) setting instrument detection parameters; (3) preparing an appropriate standard solution; (4) preparing a reaction reagent according to pipeline flow; (5) preprocessing a sample according to the standard YC/T 296-2009; (6) adopting the microflow module to detect the reconstituted tobacco; (7) detecting and analyzing the reconstituted tobacco in the step (5) with a macroflow module adopted in the standard YC/T 296-2009; (8) performing a recovery ratio experiment on the basis of the sample with known nitrate content. Compared with the current standard, the microflow module is adopted, so that the determined data is accurate, the efficiency is high, and the reagent consumption is reduced gre
