The invention discloses a method for determining nitrate content of reconstituted tobacco by adopting a microflow module of an Alliance continuous flow analyzer. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adopting an Integral Futura continuous flow analyzer to change a nitrate module pipeline into the microflow module; (2) setting instrument detection parameters; (3) preparing an appropriate standard solution; (4) preparing a reaction reagent according to pipeline flow; (5) preprocessing a sample according to the standard YC/T 296-2009; (6) adopting the microflow module to detect the reconstituted tobacco; (7) detecting and analyzing the reconstituted tobacco in the step (5) with a macroflow module adopted in the standard YC/T 296-2009; (8) performing a recovery ratio experiment on the basis of the sample with known nitrate content.
