Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an active passive control system and a double hot standby realization method. The system comprises two active passive control systems, wherein each active passive control system comprises a virtual address and a self-owned address, the virtual addresses of the two active passive control systems are identical, the self-owned addresses of the two active passive control systems are different, when the active passive control systems are taken as host computers to access the network, the virtual addresses are employed, and when the active passive control systems are taken as standby computers to access to the network, the self-owned addresses are employed.
