The monoclonal antibody disclosed by the invention is combined with a C-end structure domain of the CFH. The monoclonal antibody disclosed by the invention is capable of preventing a complement C3b from be depositing on the surfaces of cells, so that complement-derived cytotoxicity (CDC) can be inhibited.
