The platform comprises a platform base and an instrument fixing base which penetrates through the top surface of the platform base and used for being connected with photographing instruments, wherein a driving shaft driven by a motor is arranged in the platform base, and one side of the instrument fixing base is connected with the driving shaft through an eccentric mechanism; the side, opposite to the eccentric mechanism, of the instrument fixing base is movably connected with the platform base through a universal connection mechanism.
