The impeller structure comprises an impeller, an impeller chamber, a guide vane, a guide vane chamber, a pump shaft, strain gages and an Alford force measuring system. The impeller comprises a hub, a water guide cone and three to five blades. The blades are evenly distributed in the axial direction of the hub. The strain gages are arranged on rims of the blades. Connected through holes are formed in the blades and the hub. The connecting lines of the strain gages penetrate the through holes to be connected with the Alford force measuring system arranged in the hub.
