Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a heat exchanger and air conditioning equipment, and relates to the technical field of air conditioners. According to the main technical scheme, the heat exchanger comprises a first shunting branch circuit and/or a second shunting branch circuit, wherein the first shunting branch circuit is arranged on the upper portion of the heat exchanger, the vertical flow path of the first shunting branch circuit is arranged as an S shape or a mirror S shape. When the heat exchanger is in the heating status, the first shunting branch circuit is configured to enable a refrigerant to flow from a refrigerant inlet of the first shunting branch circuit to the top portion of the heat exchanger. The second shunting branch circuit is arranged on the lower portion of the heat exchanger, and the vertical flow path of the second shunting branch circuit is arranged as an S shape or a mirror S shape.
