The invention belongs to the technical field of separation devices, and particularly relates to a pollen separator. The pollen separator comprises a case, a pollen screen is arranged in the case, and the pollen screen is recessed downwards to form an arch shape. The case is rotationally connected with a screening barrel located on the upper portion of the pollen screen. A plurality of screening spines capable of scattering petals are arranged on the peripheral wall of the screening barrel. The case is connected with a pollen collecting device which is located on the lower portion of the pollen screen and can collect the screened pollen. The screening barrel is connected with a driving motor arranged in the case. The pollen collecting device comprises an upper pollen collecting drawer and a lower pollen collecting drawer which are in sliding connection with the case.
