Diesel hoisting tool and hoisting method

The invention discloses a diesel hoisting tool. The diesel hoisting tool comprises four hoisting devices and sixteen hoisting nuts, each hoisting device is in an inverted-T shape and comprises a base plate, a vertical plate and a plurality of rib plates, the through-holes of the hoisting devices sleeve air cylinder cover bolts of a diesel, and each hoisting nut is screwed on the end head of the corresponding air cylinder cover bolt respectively, so that the bottoms of the hoisting devices are fixed to the top end of the diesel. A hoisting method comprises the following steps that (1) positions of all the hoisting devices fixed on the top of the diesel are determined; (2) bolt cover caps are removed; (3) all the hoisting devices are positioned and fixed to air cylinder cover nuts through the hoisting nuts; and (4) the diesel is hoisted by a hoist through hoisting cables.
