A tool microscope teaching device of the invention comprises an upper base plate, a middle dial, a lower base plate, a pulley, a pulley bracket, a cross slider, a horizontal slide plate, multiple connecting columns, a flexible rope, and three center shafts. The upper base plate and the lower base plate are connected by the connecting columns and nuts, and are vertically arranged on a support surface. The middle dial is arranged in the three center shafts perpendicularly arranged on the surface of the upper base plate. The cross slider moves up and down on the lower base plate through a slide connector. The horizontal slide plate slides back and forth on the cross slider along a slide rail. The two ends of the flexible rope pass through the pulley slot of the pulley, and are then connected with the upper and lower ends of the cross slider respectively.
