Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a heterocyclic-delta-carboline derivative and application. A general structural formula of the heterocyclic-delta-carboline derivative is shown as follows: a formula is shown in the description, wherein Y is S, O, N-Ph, SiMe2 and CMe2; Ar is selected from substituted or unsubstituted aryl, biaryl and polycyclic aryl; R is selected from aromatic or heteroaromatics cyclic system. The compound disclosed by the invention is applied to organic electronic devices, especially organic light-emitting diodes (OLED), organic field-effect transistors (OFET), organic solar cells and the like.
