The invention discloses a heat exchange enhanced radiator. The heat exchange enhanced radiator comprises a heat exchange pipe. The heat exchange pipe comprises round pipe sections. The round pipe sections are connected with elliptical pipe sections through elliptical transition sections. All the round pipe sections are equal in length, all the elliptical pipe sections are equal in length, and the cross angle of section ellipse long axes of every two adjacent elliptical pipe sections ranges from 15 degrees to 90 degrees. The cross section of each elliptical transition pipe section is in the shape of a standard ellipse or an approximate ellipse or a flat round composed of two straight lines and two arcs or an approximately-symmetric flat round formed by multiple sections of arc lines in a fitting manner or a round. All the elliptical transition pipe sections are equal in length, round pipe connector sections are arranged at the two ends of the heat exchange pipe, and the inner walls of the round pipe connector
