Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a high-color-rendering-index high-color-temperature LED light source. The nominal color temperature is higher than 6000 K. The general color rendering index Ra is larger than 92. The special color rendering index R10 is larger than 92. The high-color-rendering-index high-color-temperature LED light source is formed by mixing a white light LED, a red light LED and a blue light LED. The white light LED is formed by blue light excitation fluorescent powder, and the nominal color temperature of the white light LED is 1000 K-2000 K lower than that of the high-color-rendering-index high-color-temperature LED light source. The dominant wavelength of the red light LED is 630 nm. The dominant wavelength of the blue light LED is 465 nm. The total light flux ratio of the white light LED to the white light LED, the red light LED and the blue light LED is 85% to 93%. The light flux ratio of the red light LED to the blue light LED is 0.3 to 1.3. The invention further provides a manufacturing method o
