Infrared video splicing method and device

The invention discloses an infrared video splicing method and device. The method comprises the steps of extracting feature points of each image in an infrared video; establishing a matching feature point pair list of every two images; obtaining an intrinsic matrix and an attitude matrix of a camera; carrying out horizontal straightening and exposure compensation on the images; projecting each image to a same spherical coordinate system; and carrying out seamless splicing in overlapped areas through adoption of a multi-band blending algorithm, thereby generating spliced panoramic images.
